8. Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to customer specifications
- personalized or custom-made products (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB)
