Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging (where reasonably possible)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from returns and exchanges:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Items that have been individually altered or made to order
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
In the case of an exchange, the shipping costs for sending the replacement item are also borne by the customer.

To initiate a return, please send an email including your order number to:

Please note: Do not send returns as registered mail requiring a signature.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after receipt of the returned item, using the original payment method.
Additional Notes
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
