Shipping policy

We kindly ask for your understanding

Please note that we are a small business and do not have the same shipping and administrative capacities as large online retailers. In rare cases, this may result in delays in production.

We also kindly ask you to refrain from ordering items “just to try on,” as every return involves manual effort, creates costs, and impacts the environment.


1. Shipping Area

We ship worldwide. Available delivery countries are displayed during checkout. If delivery to a specific country is not possible, this will be indicated during the order process.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed transparently during checkout before the order is completed.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the customer.


3. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within up to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany).

For personalized or “made to order” items, extended processing times may apply. These are indicated on the respective product page.


4. Delivery Time

Unless otherwise stated, delivery times are as follows:

  • Germany: approx. 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • European Union: approx. 7–10 business days after dispatch
  • International: approx. 10–20 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. customs processing, carrier delays).


5. Shipping Providers

Shipping is carried out via selected carriers (e.g. DHL or comparable providers). We reserve the right to choose the shipping provider.


6. Partial Deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries if reasonable. No additional shipping costs will be charged for partial deliveries.


7. Failed Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or if the shipment is not accepted or collected, we reserve the right to charge any additional shipping costs incurred.


8. Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes only upon delivery of the goods.

For businesses, the risk passes upon handover of the goods to the shipping provider.


9. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. force majeure, strikes, customs delays).

If an item becomes permanently unavailable, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded without delay.


10. Tracking

If tracking is available, the customer will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched.


11. Customer Cooperation

If delivery requires customer cooperation (e.g. customs clearance), the customer is responsible for providing necessary information in a timely manner. Delays caused by failure to cooperate are the responsibility of the customer.
