Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You may withdraw from your purchase or request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned and exchanged items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Personalized or custom-made jewelry is excluded from exchange.
Return shipping costs, as well as shipping costs for exchanged items, are borne by the customer.
Refunds are issued after the returned items have been received and inspected, using the original payment method or, upon request, as store credit.

Handmade & Made to Order

All hejmarla pieces are handcrafted and made exclusively to order. Each item is produced in small batches with great care in our studio, making every piece truly unique.

Care

Please protect your jewelry from water, perfume, and cosmetics. Remove it before showering, sleeping, or exercising, and store it in a dry place, preferably separately.
Gold-plated and gold-filled material may naturally change over time with regular wear. This is a normal characteristic of the material.

Materials

Our freshwater pearls are cultured pearls sourced from a long-standing supplier in China. In addition, we use high-quality gemstones and natural stones, some of which are specially made for hejmarla.
We produce in small batches and make our material selections consciously and responsibly.
